All online and telephone purchases are processed through Paypal, for your complete security and protection.

You will be notified when your order is dispatched (provided we have sufficient contact details). We aim to complete dispatch within 24 hours during the standard working week of Monday-Friday.

Telephone orders are welcome – please be assured that personal details are not retained, but will be destroyed once the order is completed and payment/dispatch confirmed.
Cheque payments by post are accepted, but orders will only be dispatched and notification given of this, once payment is cleared.
STANDARD DELIVERY is 3-5 working days by Royal Mail or Hermes for UK Mainland, or you may opt for Premium Next (Working) Day Courier Service with InterLink Express/DPD. (Scottish Highlands – courier delivery is 2 days.) We use tracked delivery for all orders over £20 in value.
Post & packing charges are based on order value (and weight combinations). Where the order value exceeds £55 incurring a standard postal charge of £6.00, delivery will automatically be upgraded to Premium Next (Working) Day Courier Service for the same price (UK Mainland only).
N.Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands – We regret we are only able to offer Standard Delivery 3-5 days by Royal Mail or other operators. If a shipping option is not shown for your area please contact us.
Overseas orders including Ireland (Republic) – please contact us by email or telephone, and we will do our best to find the most competitive delivery price /options before you commit to an order.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Your Legal Rights
When you purchase products from us you have legal rights as a consumer to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty, damaged in transit or misdescribed. In such cases please take the following action:

Be able to provide evidence of purchase, ideally the original receipt or a copy.
Arrange for return of the goods directly to us, by a trackable method of delivery. (Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are safely returned to us, until received we will be unable to provide a remedy.)
Goods should be returned to us within 14 days of your notification to;
Bike-Seal Ltd, Gerties Cottage, Bush Rd, Spaxton, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA5 1BX.
We will refund or credit you the cost of returning the goods, and any replacement products will be sent to you free of charge.
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to cancel an order within 14 days or return goods within 14 days of notification of cancellation, if you simply change your mind (within 28 days maximum). All products must be unused, free of damage, not soiled and returned with the original packaging, with proof of purchase from us. Full costs including initial delivery will be reimbursed, but may take 3-5 days to reach your account depending on the original payment method used and/or your bank. Refunds will only be issued upon safe receipt by us of the items returned and subject to the terms stated regarding the condition of the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods for refund in this circumstance.
Please note that due to risks of contamination to the integrity of the product, and safety and hygiene; rights of cancellation with return do not apply to Bike-Seal or Auto-Seal Tyre Sealant bottles if they have been opened, or removed from the protective wrapping, or damaged or soiled, or if the retail carton box (if applicable),has been damaged, soiled or disposed of.
